- KIDS LIFE – A Kids Life Leader partners with the church and children’s pastor to create a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn about Jesus, experience God’s love, and grow in their faith.
- YOUTH GROUP – A Youth Leader partners with the church and youth pastor to disciple students by building relationships, teaching biblical truth, and modeling a Christ-centered life in a safe and supportive environment as you walk along side each student.
- TINY KIDS – A Tiny Kids Life Leader serves in the nursery once a month to create a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn about Jesus, experience God’s love, and grow in their faith.
- WORSHIP & MEDIA TEAM– Our worship/media team is committed to pursuing God personally, serving with excellence, staying unified, and leading the church into authentic worship.
- USHERS/OFFERING – Offering takers serve with integrity and reverence, ensuring the offering is collected in an orderly, respectful, and worshipful manner.
- PRAYER TEAM – Prayer team is during our Sunday Service in worship. As the altars are opened be spiritually ready to respond to the needs of those at the altar. Rely on the Holy Spirit and allow God to do a work.
- HOSPITALITY TEAM – A Hospitality Volunteer warmly welcomes guests and members, creating a friendly and inviting environment that reflects Christ’s love. This role ensures everyone who enters the church feels seen, cared for, and encouraged.
- Greet attendees warmly as they arrive
- Provide directions and information about church services, events, and facilities
- Distribute bulletins, flyers, or materials as needed
- Communicate effectively with the hospitality team and church staff
- Demonstrate patience, kindness, and a welcoming attitude at all times
- Manna on Thursdays – Manna Volunteers are dedicated to handing out food boxes, creating relationships & praying over families in our program every other Thursday. At 7:15AM a team heads from our church to Boerne to pick up the food at Hill Country Daily Bread and returns to the church to pass out to the cars from 9AM-11AM.
- WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOOD – Volunteer serves on Wednesdays in the kitchen starting at 4PM – 6:15PM creating meals for the church family. Cook, cleaning & serving are what we do!
- OUTREACH TEAM – Out reach team expectations:
- Represent Christ and the church: Serve with humility, kindness, and love in every interaction.
- Be mission-focused: Engage the community with the purpose of sharing hope, meeting needs, and pointing people to Jesus.
- Be reliable and prepared: Show up on time, ready to serve, and follow outreach plans and leadership direction.
- Respect all people: Honor diverse backgrounds and meet others without judgment or pressure.
- Serve with excellence: Give your best effort, whether through conversation, prayer, distribution, or practical help.
